It is rare national delicacy. Perfect symbolism of a wedding that makes it a very famous in a wedding of Bisaya Ethnic.
It is raw yet Yummilicious. It is made from a starchy substance of sago plam. Mixed with warm water then it becomes sticky as a delicious glue. It is so very famous in Mukah, Sarawak.
How to eat?
Ambuyat is eaten with a bamboo fork, by rolling the starch around the prongs and then dipping it into a sauce of its own.
Mouth watering? I bet.
